My Favorite Hobby

Everyone has a favorite hobby. Someone likes gardening. Someone likes painting. Someone likes stamp collecting. I have also a favorite hobby. My favorite hobby is gardening. I like gardening because it gives me pleasure and removes my monotony. It is very useful for mind and health. When I become tired, I go to the garden. I dig the soil and give water to the plants. Thus I spend half an hour in my garden. I work there in the morning or in the afternoon. After coming from school / college, I usually go to my garden. There are different kinds of plants in my garden. I enjoy them very much. I invite my friends and neighbors to my garden. They come and become astonished to see the colorful flowers. They inspire me very much. As I work in the garden in my leisure time, it does not hamper my studies. Rather it refreshes my mind. It has become a part and parcel in my life.

MY FAVOURITE HOBBY

Hobby is something that one likes to do in one’s spare time. It is developed through a constant and systematic process. Hobbies play an important role in developing one’s personality. They keep a person active, busy and cheerful. There is hardly a person who does not have a hobby. The educated and the uneducated alike pursue one hobby or the other. Some hobbies like flying kites, gardening, reading books, periodicals, swimming, painting, to listening music etc. are fairly popular. The youth today who are too busy to devote time for hobbies should choose career oriented hobbies. The old and the young equally derive pleasure from hobbies. Hobbies should have a creative and instructive effect upon the person.

HOBBY FOR KID

My hobby is drawing. I mostly draw pictures of people, animals and birds. I use crayons, pencils, colour pencils etc to draw pictures. During birthdays of my parents, sister and friends, I gift my best drawings to them. I spend my free time drawing pictures. I got first prize in my school for the drawing competition. I love drawing girls with different hair styles. The hair styles i know are plaits, two sides, ponytail etc. I like to draw the sunset the most. I love drawing. I like to become an artist when I grow up.

HOBBY

Hobby means the things that we love to do in our spare time or leisure hours. If we have some hobby then we don't get bored and we have a change in the regular work. Photography, coin collection, stamp collection, dancing, singing and playing cards are different hobbies. My hobby is to collect stamps of different countries. Whenever and wherever I get a new stamp, I take it and my parents permit me to do so. I have also got an album in which I have neatly arranged all the stamps. Whenever my relatives come to visit us I show them my album. They all encourage me to continue with stamp collection. I also exchange my stamps with my friends. Hobby is really a nice thing and everyone should have one or the other hobby.
